Finish with empty active state

The skill and Hand drills are already complete. The capstone audits their evidence and makes a fresh decision not to activate.

Use PowerShell for paths.
01

Reconstruct the reviewed skill round trip

Name the manifest, Python entrypoint, returned Processed: skill check result, and exact removal.

02

Confirm no credential residue

Run in your terminal
armaraos vault list

The verified vault is empty.

03

Validate the inert sample

Run in your terminal
armaraos hand validate course-6\downloads\course-safe-hand
04

Read the candidate, not its marketing

Run in your terminal
armaraos hand info researcher
armaraos hand check-deps researcher

Requirements are met, but its tools span files, network, schedules, messages, events, and MCP.

05

Write the refusal

Decision

I will not activate Researcher for exploration because it has broad network, file, scheduling, and messaging tools, and I have no bounded research task for it.

06

Prove the final state

Run in your terminal
armaraos skill list
armaraos hand active
Real empty skill list, empty vault, valid sample, satisfied dependencies, and empty active Hand list
Fresh live output / clean state / decision supported by evidence
07

Separate readiness from need

Dependencies present means the machine can run it. It does not mean the operator should.

Course 6 completion check

Defend the decision not to run.

Read the refusal aloud and point to the exact capabilities that make an unbounded activation unjustified.

Safety note

Choosing not to run autonomous or third-party capability is a successful outcome when permissions exceed the task.
