Prepare the exact stop command

The verified drill assigned no task. Researcher was active only long enough to capture its instance and control states.

Open a second PowerShell window for the prepared stop.

Built-in Hands activate by short ID. The local sample remains validation-only because 0.8.3 has no Hand uninstall command.

Deactivate takes the Hand ID researcher. Pause and resume take the instance UUID.

This writes persistent Hand state, and the CLI has no Hand uninstall command. The course does not execute it.

Check it / justify two withheld commands

One had nothing to install. The other had no removal path. Prove the active list is empty.

Activation spawns a live specialist. Prepare deactivation first, assign no exploratory task, and never install unreviewed dependencies.
